By using the EGL website and booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EGL provides removals and logistics services including house moves, office relocation, man and van, furniture delivery, storage, and packing services across the UK.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual move differs from the details provided. We will always confirm the final price with you before proceeding.

4. Quotes and Payment

Our website provides free, no-obligation quotes. We do not process payments online. Once your quote is confirmed, payment arrangements (including any deposit and final balance) will be agreed with you directly by our team before your move takes place.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be agreed with you directly when your booking is confirmed. Any deposit or refund arrangements will be handled offline between you and our team.

6. Insurance

All items are fully insured during transit. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our insurance covers repair or replacement value of damaged items.

7. Liability

EGL is not liable for items packed by the customer that are found to be damaged. We recommend using our professional packing service for fragile items.
